THE BIOSFERA MARIIAS CORUÑESAS RESERVE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING TO RESTAURANTS AND AGRI-FOOD PRODUCERS TO AVOID COVID-19 CONTAMINATIONS
Faced with the health and socio-economic crisis posed by Covid-19, there are multitudes of challenges, unknowns and difficulties for different economic activities, such as agri-food producers and the catering sector.
The Biosphere Reserve “Mariñas Coruñesas y Terras del Mandeo” will develop in May two online training courses, aimed at agri-food operators and the catering sector, with the aim of training these people in the correct handling of food, avoiding contamination by Covid-19, and ensuring that these activities and products are offered with all safety and health measures.
Many producers of the “Biosphere Reserve” brand are beginning to make direct sale to the consumer, derived from this new confinement situation.
The duration of each of the courses is 5 hours of online training, 10 hours in total, as well as more than 10 hours of tutoring to solve all doubts and answer all questions that may arise and that are presented to you in the “day to day” of the participants.
