Agri-food and processing producers and establishments such as restaurants and bars, if they previously needed training in food handling, it is now necessary to recycle this knowledge in order to be adapted to the new situation of global pandemic by Covid-19, for their own safety and by that of customers. The As Mariñas Coruñesas and Terras del Mandeo Biosphere Reserve provides a specific online workshop to form these self-employed and small entrepreneurs of the region so that they can unroll their activity with total security. It’s ten hours of class, five of which are personalized tutoring.
