The food plan is established under the protection of the operators from the food system, from the work of the Technical Commission and thematic tables from November 2014 to July 2015, with a vision and a consensus objectives shared by all.
Food Technical Committee is composed of about 40 representatives of the main actors in the food system in the territory (Local producers, agro-food companies, distributors, consumer groups, consumer associations, restaurateurs, agricultural technicians, research centers, foundations, etc.) (The annex is available agents process participants).
On November 6, 2014, filing date of the project, the Technical Committee of the Food Plan, whose work focused on identifying lines of action for sustainable development of the local food system is constituted.
That is, identify, promote, validate and collaborate in the implementation of strategies and initiatives linked to it.
Given the excellent response and interest from agents of the territory by the participation on the process,thematic discussion groups involved in a smaller number of people formed.
This group dynamic was repeated in successive meetings on December 2, 2014, March 19, 2015, May 13, 2015 and July 14, 2015.
Throughout all the intermediate steps it is counted with the participation of key stakeholders in the territory, which resulted in a Plan participated and validated by the participants.
